Regarding a new security system at the Ministry of Transport. You will have to show an ID (e.g. a passport or a driving licence) at the entrance and then you will receive a visitors card. It is not possible to use the elevators or to enter the staircases without a visitors card.

If you forget to bring along an ID you will have to name Mr. Birklhuber as your contact person in the Ministry. Mr. Birklhuber will be called and Mr. Birklhuber will come down and identify you.

5. Ongoing implementation Electronic Reporting: progress reports of participants (all).

The representatives will give an overview of the implementation in the several countries involved.

6. The use and distribution of ENI-numbers (Mr. Oudenes)

7. The single unique European transport document.

8. Demonstration of the Reference Maintenance Tool ( Mrs. Scherpbier)

9. Sub-working group standardization new developments (Mr. de Lijster).
